All about outdoor home life from lawn and garden to outside home maintenance.
I thought I would share my little home grown tomato experience with you all as I try to grow tomatoes this winter.
Any helpful hints or tips would be appreciated from anyone who may have tried this even if you failed, tell me where it went wrong or how you succeeded.

Now is the time to start preparing your lawn for the winter and spring.
Now through the end of October is the time to get out there and work in your yard.
With the drought like conditions we have been dealing with over this past summer many lawns are already stressed. Not to worry though, winter is the perfect time to give your grass a rest from our daily summer heat. Your grass does not die but simply goes dormant though the cold season. The root system stays intact and cozy in the soil unless exposed directly to frost or freezing temperatures.
However, fall is time to plan for next spring and summer.
I will be listing a few very helpful tips for you very soon.
