Flagler Humane Society

Flagler Humane Society is a non-profit shelter dedicated to the welfare of animals.  Our primary purposes are prevention of cruelty to animals, relief of suffering of animals, and the promotion of humane education.

Our Director, Donna Howard, grew up in Clermont, Florida, where her mother was a veterinary technician. She has been around animals all her life, and by the age of 10 was training and showing dogs throughout the Southeast. She has a strong background in Animal Control and was nominated in 2005 for Animal Control Supervisor of the year. Donna looks forward to the continual progress and growth of our shelter.
